The Brink's History

Brink’s Hellas S.A. is the leading security organization in Greece. The Company has established a successful presence throughout the country over the last 40 years. Brink’s Hellas was created when Brink’s, Incorporated acquired Hermes Security S.A. and its subsidiaries in 2004. As a result of the acquisition, Brink’s Hellas became part of the multinational Brink’s family, strengthening its corporate environment and elevating its status within the security services market in Greece. Prior to this, Hermes Security S.A was in a joint venture with Brink’s, Incorporated since 1995. Previously Hermes Security offered security services in Greece since its establishment in 1982.

Brink's Hellas S.A. offers cash managment and security services through its subsidiaries, Brink's Security Services S.A. (manned guarding, patrolling and alarm systems monitoring services), Brink's Aviation Security Services S.A.  (airport security, baggage and passenger check-in services) and Brink's Cash & Valuable Services S.A. (transfer and integrated value management).
